Super capacitors to grow on rose trees - Cyborg Rose the next reality

We always heard from our parent - "Do you think money grow on trees?" when we ask for money. I have no idea if money grow on trees, but super capacitors DO! Yes! Super capacitors grow on trees but after a few years.
Scientists from Linkoping University are working on Cyborg rose. Their research started when a rose plant accidentally conducted electricity without deteriorating itself. After the indecent, a group of scientists worked on this cyborg rose. They soaked a rose plant in a special conductive solution (details of solution not disclosed) and the conduction of electricity appeared again. They observed that the plant is allowing electrons to flow through its xylem and phloem. The most interesting and key point of this research is that the capacity of the plant to transport nutrients to its parts was not affected at all!
Cyborg Rose
The researchers have found several interesting conclusions about the nutrient transport system of a plant. A piece of news says that the same group of scientists are working on several other species of plants to figure out the conduction properties of them. In this context, the group of researchers are confident that if all the parameters they are working for conduction through plants are met, they will be capable of growing super conductors on plants! Recently, there has been a research on light for a similar proposal of super conductors - Super conductors through liquid light!
The levels of energy storage we have achieved are of the same order of magnitude as those in supercapacitors. The plant can... potentially power our ion pump, for example, and various types of sensors. - said Eleni St, Linkoping's Assistant Professor at the Laboratory of Organic Electronics.
In respect to the need of energy resources and the available energy resources, cyborg energy harvesting will be playing a key role in serving the energy needs of the planet. If this research comes out to be reality, then you can generate power from your garden too! At lease in this case, we may not be opting for deforestation. If this research comes into reality, you can charge your mobile froma plant around you! However, the research team has not disclosed any technical details about the research. Be careful when you present a rose to your girl friend next time, it may literally shock her!
In the very distant future - neither ourselves nor our kids will see this - we can grow vegetable computers in our gardens.- Andrew Adamatzky, Bristol Robotics Laboratory, UK.
BTW here is the meaning of cyborg:
An entity that is beyond human physical abilities aided by mechanical elements.
