On Youtube, you will be able to continue watching the video till you find another video to stream. On Skype, you will be able to see both your video stream and the caller's video stream. This feature is going to be available with Oreo.

Android instant apps:
Till now, you're getting related app results on Google Chrome or Google Now from your device. When you open such results, you will be redirected to the app. If the app is not installed, you cannot access such content.
