Huawei to launch new chipset supporting Artificial Intelligence

Huawei is going to launch a new chipset that integrates the functionalities of CPU, GPU and Artificial Intelligence all together. According to the CEO of Huawei Consumer Business Group, Richard Yu, this advanced chip will be available commercially in the second half of 2017.
These new chips are expected to be belonging to Kirin family of chipsets. If everything goes well, the next series of devices from Huawei will be powered by this chipset, with Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

Deep machine learning and smart computing capability are the remarkable features that the new chips/devices will be equipped with. According to the reports, Huawei is on the list of top smartphone makers across the globe. Reportedly, Huawei is now working on a voice assistant, just like HTC's Sense Assistant, Google's Google Now and Samsung's Bixby.
Yu also quoted that Huawei's next device Huawei Mate 10 wll be powered by Kirin 970 chipset. This chipset is concentrated more on security, in order to provide secure transactions through Huawei Pay. The most attractive feature is that the next series of Huawei smartphones will be given the ability to lock and unlock your automobiles branded under BMW, Audi and Porsche.
With all these innovative technologies, it seems the next target of Huawei is to reach Apple in the smartphone market. AI is the field where not all the mobile manufacturers are into. The added advantage of Huawei is that it produce both the chipsets and the smartphones. However, the next Huawei smartphone may come with Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
